Empowered Growth Therapy accepts select insurance plans. Coverage varies by provider and individual plan. Please contact your insurance company to verify mental health benefits prior to scheduling.

Accepted Insurance Plans Include:

Aetna, Ambetter, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Carelon Behavioral Health, McLaren, Medicaid, Medicaid HMO Plans, Meridian, Optum, Oscar Health, Priority Health, United Community Health, UnitedHealthcare (UHC | UBH)

Please note: Acceptance of insurance does not guarantee coverage. Clients are responsible for verifying benefits, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.

Fees

Individual Therapy Session: $140
Sliding Scale: Available for eligible clients upon request

A sliding scale may be available on a limited basis for eligible clients. Please inquire to determine availability.

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect the time of both clients and clinicians, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee and are not typically covered by insurance.
